Hi, I'm Kung. My day job is technical director at a Malaysian game studio, where I've helped ship games like Postknight and King's League. So I'm very good at calculating how much damage a goblin takes, and, until recently, much less good at calculating how much tax I pay. I grew up in Alor Setar, where we still count change in kupang (10 sen, for non-Kedahans), so this site tries to account for every one of them.
Fun fact: KiraDuit exists because I asked Claude, the AI, for a side project idea that could earn a little money without burning me out. This was its first suggestion. I said "sure", and here I am. wink
So yes, an AI helped build this site. My job is the part AI can't do for me: checking the numbers against my own payslip, reading the boring LHDN and KWSP pages so you don't have to, and fixing things when you tell me they're wrong. Every result shows its working, so you never have to take either of our words for it.
In my notes I write about managing my own money: what I tried, what worked, and what I'd quietly undo. They're personal opinions from a game dev doing their money homework, not financial advice.
